Additional charges
- Internet / cellular data costs to use the Service are the user’s responsibility.
- Japanese consumption tax is included in the displayed prices.
Payment methods
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club).
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card data is never stored on our servers.
Payment timing
- Monthly plans: charged on the same calendar day each month, anchored on the subscription date.
- Yearly plans: charged once a year on the same basis.
Delivery
After payment completes, your account is immediately upgraded to the chosen plan and the corresponding features become available.
Returns, cancellation, and refunds
- Monthly plans: You can cancel at any time. After cancellation, the Service remains usable until the next billing date. Monthly plans are not refundable.
- Yearly plans: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase. A pro-rated refund (less the days used) is available between days 15 and 30. From day 31 onwards refunds are not provided.
- Refunds for material defects: If the Service is materially impaired and unusable, we will consider a reasonable refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation is performed from the “Settings” page in the dashboard.
System requirements
- The Service runs in a web browser. Recommended: latest Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge.
- The optional MCP server requires Node.js 20 or higher.
